James Freeland’s mother died two days after her second CV-19 shot. He testified that the doctor would not tell him what caused her death and refused his request for an autopsy. FULL TESTIMONY: https://rumble.com/v7fxylg-james-freeland-my-moms-ashes-are-still-in-the-house-allison-inquiry.html September 9, 2026 — Allison Inquiry Day 2, Ottawa James Freeland testified about the death of his mother, Donna Lee Stevens Freeland, 60. Freeland said that immediately after receiving her second CV-19 VX, she called him from the observation area saying her heart was racing, she was sweating, nauseous and experiencing severe anxiety. He testified that she told the nurse she felt unwell but was reassured it was a common side effect. Her condition worsened over the next two days. Freeland testified that she tested negative for CV and that the hospital initially told the family not to bring her in because of an influx of CV patients. She died on July 7, 2021. “What did my mother die of? She was 60 years old, type two diabetes, nothing else wrong with her, and died two days after the shot.” Freeland testified that the doctor repeatedly described the cause only as a “hard hit to the heart” and then refused his request for an autopsy. “My mom’s ashes are still in the house. Because I can’t bury them… My mom was the only thing I had in my life.”
