About this video
Florida has allocated $60 million toward Ivermectin/Cancer research. Canadian physician Dr. William Makis says clinical trials are now expanding to investigate their potential as cancer treatments.
Makis says he has worked with more than 9,000 cancer patients exploring ivermectin, fenbendazole, and other repurposed medications.
In this interview with Decentralized TV, Makis describes patients whose tumours reportedly shrank, disappeared from imaging, or became operable after using these medications, sometimes alongside conventional treatments.
He also shares his estimates of tumour control based on his clinical experience:
Ivermectin alone: 10–15%
Combined antiparasitic drugs: 35–40%
Combined with conventional treatments: 75–80%
Makis emphasizes that he does not advise patients to abandon chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or their oncologists. He acknowledges that some patients do not respond to these medications.
He also discusses research at Florida's Moffitt Cancer Center, including a reported $1.2 million study investigating ivermectin in lung cancer.
Could inexpensive, repurposed medications become an important part of future cancer treatment?
