About this video
“The Head of Infectious Disease at my hospital privately told me that he was working with the state government to restrict the civil rights of UNVX people, including their ability to drive and therefore work.”
Dr. James Miller, a licensed physician and surgeon who worked as a staff surgeon and ICU provider during CV-19, says he witnessed serious misconduct inside the hospital where the first diagnosed U.S. COVID patient was treated.
Here are the main points he raises:
• Hospital protocols caused what he describes as demonstrable harm and increased mortality.
• Hospital leadership provided doctors with misleading and inaccurate information about remdesivir.
• An infectious-disease doctor privately warned him not to give remdesivir to a young patient, telling him, “She seemed like a nice girl.”
• Miller says the available real-world data indicated remdesivir was causing more harm than good.
• He alleges the hospital inflated CV infections and deaths, contributing to public fear and misleading headlines.
• He says nurses were being sent home because there were not enough patients while headlines simultaneously portrayed the hospital as overwhelmed.
• He says his hospital never experienced the shortages of staff or equipment being portrayed publicly.
• He argues that mask and PPE protocols lacked a scientific basis and dehumanized patients and staff.
• He says patients who died from trauma and other causes were recorded as CV-19 deaths on their death certificates.
• He says hospital leadership supported policies allowing doctors to refuse healthcare to UNVX patients.
• Miller opened a free clinic through his church to care for people he says were being denied treatment.
• He says ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, vitamin D, zinc, quercetin and exercise were highly effective treatments in his experience, while claiming those approaches were censored or discouraged.
• After challenging hospital protocols and reporting what he believed was fraud, Miller says he was targeted with disciplinary proceedings intended to take away his medical licence.
• He says he faced repeated disciplinary hearings, peer-review proceedings and even threats of arrest in retaliation for speaking out.
• He says doctors and nurses who witnessed harm from COVID protocols either remained silent or were forced out of the medical community.
Miller says he filed a sworn attestation in May 2024 calling for criminal investigations into CV-19 wrongdoing, which was subsequently sent to governors and attorneys general in all 50 states.
He concludes that the public-health officials, hospital leaders and physicians responsible for these policies should be held accountable.
