FLORIDA VS PFIZER (Part 1) Florida is suing Pfizer and CEO Albert Bourla, accusing them of deceptively marketing the CV-19 VX. The lawsuit alleges Pfizer told families mass VX was necessary to stop transmission while the VX had not been tested for whether it stopped transmission before entering the market. People died or were seriously injured after VX, including trial participant Maddie de Garay, whose mother says her adverse reactions were not properly reflected in Pfizer’s trial reporting. Florida’s message at the end is direct: “That’s why we filed a lawsuit today against Pfizer and Albert Bourla for their deceptive practices. What they did was wrong.” The allegations in the lawsuit have not yet been adjudicated.
