“I got fired for being absent, and the reason that I'm absent is because my work had the mandate to be VXed by September or lose my job.” Crystal Denomme testified at the Allison Inquiry about developing complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) following her second Pfizer CV-19 VX. She described excruciating pain, loss of mobility, repeated falls, and being unable to work. After losing her job and benefits, she said she could no longer afford the medications that helped her function. “Between the physicians and the VX injury support program, they've taken the most difficult time in my life and made it just unbelievably worse.” Allison Inquiry – Ottawa, September 8–10, 2026.
