Abigail was 24 years old when she died — and her longtime family doctor later recorded her condition as “NUT carcinoma post CV-19 VX” on the federal VX Injury Support Program medical assessment. September 9, 2026 — Allison Inquiry Day 2, Ottawa Abigail was a healthy, athletic cardiology technologist working for Alberta Health Services. Her mother, Nicole, testified that after AHS introduced its VX mandate, Abigail asked for a medical exemption and was denied. Her doctor then advised her that the shots were “safe and effective,” and Abigail received two Pfizer doses to meet her employment requirements. In March 2023, doctors discovered an extremely rare and aggressive cancer. Nicole testified that one tumor doubled in size in just two weeks and that Abigail died only six weeks after diagnosis.
